All our sorbets are dairy-free and gluten-free. All our ice creams are gluten-free.
Please note that our Hazelnut Liqueur contains hazelnuts, and both our Hazelnut Liqueur and Chocolate Old Fashioned contain pasteurised egg.

Our sorbets and ice creams should be stored in a freezer at -18°C. If you plan to transport them on a party bus or to an event after delivery, we recommend using a portable freezer or an esky with ice bricks. Open it only when you are ready to serve.

Alcohol content varies across flavours, so please refer to the packaging for specific details. Each scoop or serving contains less than one standard drink for all flavours. Our Strawberry Margarita Boozy Blocks have the highest ABV, measuring 0.8 of a standard drink per serving.

Our sorbets and ice creams are best enjoyed within the first month after purchase, but remain safe to consume for up to six months ensuring they are stored in the freezer at -18°C.
